Elderly Crew
I went to visit my grandparents the other day. They live in a retirement apartment. This is not an old folks home but rather a place for old people to live in a condo type dwelling. The best way to describe this place is like a college dorm full of old people. As I was there my grandpa took me to the games room to shoot a little pool. When I got down there, his crew was waiting for him. It was the same guys you would find in college except closer to death. There was the loud talker of the group that seemed to keep everyone going (my grandpa). There was the bad boy (Wilson) that you knew was a trouble maker just by looking at the way his dress shirt was unbuttoned half way down his chest and because he wore shorts with dress shoes. There was the guy that just laughed at everything to feel accepted, and then the guy that never said a word and really didn't seem to fit in. They all had nicknames for each other and would mock one another after they missed a shot. They talked about who was dating who in the complex and what they were going to do this weekend. These old men seemed act the same way they would have acted when they were my age.Seeing this made me wonder what my crew was going to be like when we were in our 60's and 70's. Are the guys still going to be coming over to my house for sleepovers? Is Tom still going to be that tough guy that we all feel safe with if we run into another old man crew that wants to take us down? Am I still going to go over to Armstrong's house when I need someone to shave my head? Is Hayden still going to invite us over to check out his car? Think about it though, are you still going to have the same stupid jokes with your friends that you have now. Picture old men trying to touch each others crotches or giving each other emohawks.
Old people are kinda scary to me (not my grandparents though).
By the way today I wore pants (tight ones) with my rad (not red) emerica t-shirt.....it fits me so well I feel, and my i-paths.

i liked how you talked about the elderly. i'm surprised you didn't tlak about spritz gay when you mentioned coming to my house
